To all the nurses in the ‘battle field’, sacrificing their comfort,
putting their health on the line and risking their lives for others;
To all the nurses sick, down with the very infirmity they tried cure;
To all the nurses sad, depressed and sincerely burdened by the “ugly” scenes of ill-health, diseases and pain in different hospitals;
To all the nurses unloved, lonely and unsung;
To all the nurses far and near who earn very little, but from whom much are expected;
To all the nurses happy, proudly serving God through their profession;
We may not fully comprehend and express the depth of your sacrifices, but we sincerely appreciate you all.
